We are not a builder, developer, broker, or real estate agent, and we do not sell property directly.

AcreBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any builder or developer listed on the site, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Project names, logos, and trademarks shown on AcreBox belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the project being described.

Accuracy of Listings

We take reasonable care to keep pricing, availability, possession dates, and RERA details accurate and current, but real estate pricing and inventory change frequently and are ultimately controlled by the builder, not by us. Nothing on AcreBox is an offer, quotation, or guarantee of price or availability. Always verify current details directly with the builder or an authorized channel partner before making any decision.

When You Submit an Enquiry

• Submitting an enquiry connects you with a third-party channel partner or builder — any conversation, negotiation, or transaction that follows is between you and them, not with AcreBox.
• AcreBox is not a party to, and holds no responsibility for, any booking, agreement, or payment made with a builder or channel partner.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, copy, or republish AcreBox's content at scale, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false enquiries. We may restrict access for use that violates these terms.
